Delicious Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe: A Flavorful Vegetarian Dish

Ingredients
- 250 gm paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
- 1 capsicum, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped

- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
For Paneer Tikka:
- In a bowl, add paneer cubes, capsicum, onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, and oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetables on a skewer and place it on a baking tray.
- Grill in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once done, keep it aside.
For Masala Gravy:
- In a pan, heat butter and add chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.

- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
